Please contact me about what crops I have available or the culinary item you’re looking for.

I love to experiment growing difficult or unusual herbs, flowers, and vegetables and look forward to discussing the possibilities for collaboration!

For Example…

A few years ago a young couple contacted me because they wanted to create an all Minnesota-grown kimchi. They had heard that I grew ginger, which they thought might be the hardest ingredient to find grown in Minnesota. They came out to the farm and we talked, they helped me harvest ginger, then they made some great kimchi with my garlic and ginger and we have been working together ever since. Now just about all of the yellow ginger I grow goes into You Betcha Kimchi. You can find it in co-ops all over Minnesota and the Upper Midwest!

I was in heaven…

"The first time I cooked with Seven Song's Sibley squash, I was in heaven. It has the sweetness of butternut, and the meatiness of kabocha. It is an extremely versatile and delicious vegetable!"
